Photography & source credits.

Sources and context for the website’s portraits, Sierra Leone documentary photography and licensed stock images.

UNDERSTAND THE APPROACH

Understand what an image represents.

This website uses MCHF-supplied board portraits, location-verified photographs of Sierra Leone and licensed stock photography.

01

Documentary context

Licensed photographs show real public-health settings. They do not establish that pictured people are MCHF beneficiaries.

02

Sierra Leone in focus

Documentary photographs show Sierra Leone’s communities and health settings. Licensed stock photographs introduce programme themes without claiming a Sierra Leone location.

03

Source and attribution

The credits identify MCHF-supplied portraits, photographers, source pages and reuse licences for documentary assets.

Framework: MCHF Strategic Plan 2027–2031 and institutional memorandum. This introduction explains the approach; it does not report completed programme results.

PHOTOGRAPHY & ATTRIBUTION

People, care and collaboration.

Our image collection combines Sierra Leone documentary photographs with licensed stock photography. Stock images illustrate themes and are identified separately from photographs with a verified Sierra Leone location. Dates refer to the original photograph or source listing. Selected banners, signs, clothing, and badges have AI-assisted edits replacing identifying names and third-party branding with MCHF / Sierra Leone text. These adaptations do not document MCHF activities, employment, ownership or sponsorship, or imply endorsement by the people pictured. Original photographers, sources and licences are credited below.
